Aubrey Plaza is gritty and real and the script is, too.

I am not sure how I feel about this series. I appreciated the message about racist people, neighborhoods, and systems through metaphor, but not the blacksploitation feel of this family's very realistic horror in white suburbia. I like the point that white folk use the Bible as an excuse for abhorrent behavior, but not two entire episodes dedicated to some delusional man whose racist spirit has infected the soil in Southern California. It's worth a watch.

I thoroughly semi enjoyed this dark comedy that utilizes a secret move to destroy its opponent: a punch to the skull with a finger. Some great lines, some definite guffaw moments, and some gratuitous violence, all in the name of character building.

Filled with nonsensical red herrings and plot devices intended to deceive and distract without offering any substance whatsoever. The main character's sweaters are a prominent and inherently more interesting feature than the main conflict.

Creepy start. Awkward scenes and strange pacing. Absurd ending. But I watched the entire thing.
