I could go on and on about how much I love this game. The originality of the story, the gameplay, the weaponry, the lore. I mean when is the last time your main weapon was a slingshot? I love having Alchemy as the base for magic in this game. The thing that I love the most about this game and that is so refreshing about this game is that its simple. Yes its amazingly simple. The puzzles arent going to kill you to the point you have to buy a walkthrough just to crack the code and there's only one or two main paths to take helping to speed the game along vs you having to traverse a huge map just to get you an area that is highlighted and then spend the next 30+ minutes of your life trying to find a hideout for outlaws, or a garage with that rare junker hidden in it or something of that subject matter. I was an avid gamer but with the new trend of huge free roaming worlds and endless side quests and being forced into online story modes just to progress through the game and DLCs dipping in my wallet just so I can get the seemingly impossible upgrade or weapon I needed really killed gaming for me. This straight forward classic linear approach has helped me rediscover my love for gaming. I thank the developers for that and I cannot wait for a sequel. Just keep the same formula because that is what we are coming back for. I can't leave without one critique though. Smarten up the AI. A huge battle can be going on behind a guard with his comrades being killed and blown up but he can't hear this going on? You guys know what I mean. Good job again. Can't wait for the next installment.
