It was and still is one of my favourite cartoon series to watch, ever since I was a kid. It's got amazing sound effects, audio, and dynamic characters. So when it came back after such a long time I was ecstatic and decided to watch the series again. I can say this is probably one of the best examples of character building, as the protagonist labours, and you feel his emotional toll in the end along with the amazing friendships he makes along the way. Aku would also arguably be the best villain, not only his he imposing and powerful but also eccentric and hilarious, which is why Jack is the perfect adversary, not only because he is the opposite of the darkness but the fact that he is more of an introverted man, that had a tendency to keep to himself but had a rare passion to help others, even at his own cost most of the time.
