The best if not the bestest, a heart wrenching story, a unforgettable saga... What a class apart direction.... Top notch performances of actors... Sanam Baloch couldn't get a better script to show her prowess and versatility, it's her once in a lifetime performance as Bano, Fawad Khan as Hassan is magical on screen, his eyes speak louder than anything, one of his best too, their sizzling chemistry, pure and holy love and timeless devotion for each other make it classic, apart from these two, the supporting cast isn't less potent either, take a bow Saba Qamar, her brief presence in this drama makes it lively, what an empowering character Suraiya was, Samina Peerzada is superb as always, her last few scenes with Sanam during mob attacks were exceptional. Rest all are no less and they all together make this partition based period drama the real and one and only magnum opus of Paksitani Drama Industry...

It's a beautiful story... a better direction could have made this an outstanding one. Talking about the characters.... Zafar played by @VD.. is soul of the film, he has every bit of being a superstar, a memeorable performance by him, alia as Roop is outstanding, she truly proves why she is best actor of this generation, her character is impactful, strong and vulnerable at the same time and she does full justice to it.. one surprise comes from aditya as Dev, he is just awesome, sonakshi has very little to do, but whatever part she has got, she did it good, but her charachter has nothing great to do in the film... but but the real irreplaceable actor in the film is Madhuri dixit as Bahar begum, She is icing on the cake( truly maar daala).. rest cast is also impressive including sanjay dutt and kunal khemu... only thing the film lacks is the execution of vision of the director.. to fall more for 'zafar and roop's love story' few more intense scenes should have been there... music and all songs are 'first class', overall it is a better film, a little more effort would have made this 'best'... watch it for the performances... You will love them all especially @varun, @aaliabhatt, @adityaroy and @madhuridixit...👍👍👍👍👍

There are very good movies then comes excellent ones and then u have one like Hichki... and most importantly it wouldn't have been possible without Rani mukerji... I mean she is a powerhouse of talent, effortless perfection is what you will see in her performance... the content is amazing, its a combo of moral and lesson along with an inspiring story.... every character was justified and superb... bt is was the queen herself who made us all realise it again that why she is such a brilliant actress.. I give it 4.5/5, half extra marks for long staying performance of Rani... great return of the queen, audience also welcome her with open warms... go and watch it even if u r not a Rani mukerji fan... becoz the content is so beautiful that u"ll feel inspired and even if u don't fall for Rani, u"ll definitely fall for Naina mathur... huge thumbs up.. hichki rocks
