first time i saw Exorcist, '86 -my late bros had it on videotape.i love when Karas and Maximillen Schell have to take on the beast in Regan.whan Karas says "i've isolated at least 3 seperate beings" inside her and Schell knows EXACTLY what they're effing dealing with and he has a look of supreme confidence and he says "there is only one!" it gives me shivers even thinking about it. one of my top ten films .p.s. to the reviewer who wished he could go back and see this on a big screen-i'd like to go with you. 90 percent of these younger folks barely seeing it today have no idea what a chaotic zoo Exorcist viewings were written up as being.-folks carted off in ambulances, demonstrators against the film, folks fainting right and left.
