One of the worst, most boring films ever. How many times can you film soldiers milling around on the beach doing nothing? From how many different angles, at how many different times of day? Even what could have been the most exciting part of the movie, a confrontation between Brit and German fighter aircraft, is muddled, drawn out and ruined. There were some parts involving boats, ships and the people using them in the rescue that were a little interesting. These were also drawn out forever, and nothing very interesting happened there, either. What a drag of a film.
