Your coverage of the first day of the impeachment hearings was the most biased, one-sided piece of journalism I have seen on the News Hour, since I first started watching the show in the Watergate era. I thought I was watching Fox News, it was that bad. Nick Schiffren's input was 100% Republican talking points. He gave no credit or credence to the highly credible and amazing testimony presented by the two witnesses and he expressed no skepticism about the Republican's ever morphing defenses. As a civil trial litigator for over 50 years who watched the entire proceedings with a professional eye, I was simply amazed at the angles by which you presented the story of the days events and missed virtually every important fact that went unchallenged in the testimony of the witnesses.
