So when the investigation starts there's a team of 30+ agents but as the action evolves it's mysteriously just 4 agents plus the victim that are able to respond to things. Please!!! Also, you have this mysterious woman who is the centre of the investigation and you just dump her on her own in a semi-secure safe house without CCTV, a panic button or any such thing. Please! You have a terrorist in hospital and you don't have a guard of any description - funny that he gets murdered. Then you have a bank robbery suspect in hospital, knowing that his gang are all ex navy seals and you have one solo cop guarding him - jeez!!!! You're spending all this money making an action-packed thriller at least make it just a little bit realistic.

It started really well but went rapidly downhill by about episode 7. Talk about woke nonsense!!! When the black surgeon started explaining to the reporter about his arrest I just thought to myself "oh please here we go it's all going to be about bad cops and race" and I wasn't wrong. And as for giving a 'frequent visitor' an apartment - how utterly stupid. I'll find something else to watch. It's a shame as it was actually quite good before it got silly.

I was fooled a number of times, because I actually watched the series right to the end - and for that reason I'll give it 2 stars instead of 1. But looking back, almost from the beginning I was saying "that doesn't make sense". There are just so many crazy things happening. I know it's not a documentary, but come on if you're going to spend all that money at least get some of the police-work right. You have an entire office full of uniformed police officers and you set-out to arrest a suspect all on your own instead of taking some back-up. Also, she's no longer in the military, where is this gun range she just casually strolled into and had a shoot? I won't go on and cover things people have already mentioned. It's a shame as some bits were really good - the dead first wife was a great surprise, and the second detective being gay - without any associated drama was a nice change. I must admit as time went on I started disliking the main character more and more. But some people seem to have loved the series which is fine, we all have different thresholds for entertainment - perhaps I over-think things like the plot and things that just don't make sense.
