I'm so disappointed that CBS has decided to join the crowd and become another human interest and weather forecast morning show. I've turned it on for years to get the news for the day. This morning there was a short segment and some comments about Biden's address to the U.N., a piece about the Haitian issue at the border, and some Covid numbers. That was pretty much it for hard news. Yes, the new set is glitzy and eye-catching, and the new host is upbeat and on trend - but I doubt will contribute the historical perspective that Anthony Mason provided. I wish them luck, but I've taken the show of my record list. Not interested in less content with more advertising.
