I grew watching k dramas. But HAECHI is one of my favorite historical drama. It's amazing underdog story. It's based on the true story of Prince Yeoning, whose mother was a low commoner. He reigned for 52 and he was known for strarting progressive reforms. Jung Il Woo was fantastic in the title role. I fell for him in THE RETURN OF ILJIMAE. BUT in Haechi I was just blown away. He exuded so much charisma, he was drawing people to himself. Strengthening his political alliances. I would definitely recommend. You will learn, be inspired and encouraged.
