If you're in real estate This show is rough. The show creator obviously didn't focus on real estate but the drama. The realtors don't operate the way any realtor I have ever met operate whether they were luxury realtors or selling shells. This is also not how minority brokerages work. It might be because I see first hand how an all woman minority brokerage is supposed to work, but this ain't it. It always supposed to collaboration over competition. Also Lord do they spend alot of time at the brokerage. Sharelle might be a great business woman but she is a terrible leader. She does all the things great leaders don't do. I know production makes things seem worse than they are but watching this would not make me want to work with any of the amazing ladies that are part of the brokerage. It also makes it's seem like black women working together has to be catty or overly dramatic. That is far from the case, this is not the way black women should be represented.
