It's fun, especially if you co-op with a friend. I would give it 2.5 to 3 stars. The announcer is awesome and you get a sort of Indiana Jones vibe, but it's not without issues, some of which are pretty awful. Gunplay is off, like you're shooting a skeleton at point blank range with a shotgun but you somehow miss him completely. Other enemies apparently take 3 shotgun blasts to the face before they die, but then you'll one shot that same type of enemy a second later. Enemies can somehow dodge your shots and if they get to within like 5' of you, it's like all hit registration goes out the window because you apparently can't shoot anything right in front of you. And I'm serious when i say if the enemies get to within 5' of you, you WILL NOT hit them with a shot, so you end up backing away from a mob just so you can actually kill them. In the campaign it's not a huge issue. In Horde, when you're surrounded by wave after wave of increasingly difficult enemies, it's much worse. In Horde, the amount of cheap bulls*it that gets thrown at you is frustrating. Giant bulls that charge you can somehow make 90° turns without losing speed and sometimes when you roll to dodge them, they still hit you for massive damage. Giant swordsmen can pick up other enemies and throw them at you, and when they hit, they explode, but they have the blast radius of a small nuke, so dodgingis impossible. Just cheap bullsh*t that makes you want to play anything else. Overall a decently fun game that is far more enjoyable playing with friends. If you're playing solo, it loses its luster really quickly. If you can pick it up for $15 or less, I'd say give it a try. It's just not worth paying more than $15
