One of the worst "books" ever made. I couldn't make it past the first 2 chapters, or should I say "interviews". I wouldn't class it as a book, but rather a pamphlet. It makes such bold claims yet delivers nothing more than mediocre interview dialogue. It offers nothing of value, the interviewer asks vague questions, and tries to refer back to his own "coaching". Not worth reading even if it was free, the fact that it costs money is baffling.
Please stay away, don't waste your time or money.
