Awful. Cliché and hackneyed plot. Professional woman who works too much so her dopey husband can't cope. Tuned in expecting a legal drama and got boring and predictable melodrama. She turns up unannounced and drunk late at night at her estranged husband's place demanding to see 'her' children who are sound asleep. And this woman is meant to be a high flying lawyer??? Tedious.

Almost a direct rip off of Predator with really awful acting, clunky martial arts and ropey script. Best avoided. Only for Nicholas Cage completists!

Really poorly acted B movie. No recognisable plot. Career lows for Ving Rhames and Danny Trejo. The dialogue is just awful. The fight scenes with Steven Segal are totally unconvincing. The movie is like a string of scenes put together at random. Totally incoherent! Best avoided. Only for Steven Segal completists.

Great plotting with action and tension that never lets up. The whole cast give great performances. The story moves along at a cracking pace and is not padded with filler just to produce unnecessary episodes. The show works well on several levels, as a thriller with lots of compelling action scenes and as a mystery of who is behind the plot with plenty of twists and turns. We enjoyed it from beginning to end. One of the best things we've seen this year

One of the better Resident Evil films. Good cast, with a mix of scares with some nice throwbacks to pagers and stores like Blockbuster. Well paced, not to long and including some exciting action scenes. A sort mix of Assault on Precinct 13, Alien and Predator. Not overly original, but good fun.

Great cast, interesting concept and entertaining and unexpected plot twist. I thought well produced and directed. It just seemed to me to take too long to get to the finale. I think the film was trying to be highly cerebral when more action could have livened proceedings up Enjoyable with excellent sound track.

Upfront, I wasn't overly impressed with the new Murder on the the Orient Express, preferring the Albert Finney version from the seventies. And the Mark Kermode review suggested that Death on the Nile was plodding, predictable and didn't bring anything new or original to the story. So I had low expectations when the film popped up on my Disney plus service. I was really pleasantly surprised. The film is well paced, has a stunning cast and is a well told crime thriller. Very enjoyable. And Branagh really delivers as Hercule. Good film.

After the success of the fast paced Taken movies Liam Neeson has established himself as an action star. This film relies totally on Neeson's star pulling power. The story of a secret government plan to eliminate law abiding citizens who don't follow it's agenda is so familiar and well worn. There's no new twists here. The movie plods along with a few action scenes and a car chase to break up the tediium . The ending is utterly unbelievable and abrupt. I found the film a massive disappointment.

Highly entertaining shoot'em up that must have been inspired by John Wick. This is the feminist version with Karen Gillan playing the super efficient hit lady. Great female cast including Angela Bassett and Lena Headey. Enjoyable hokum, not to be taken too seriously 👍🙂

Fun film to watch. I found it entertaining at a very light level. Straightforward plot. Some good CGI fight sequences. Just turn off your critical thinking and enjoy.
