This album has been in my heavy rotation for the past 2 years. It is a criminally underrated album from a criminally underappreciated artist. Everything Bas does on this album is near perfect and the cohesion from song to song is flawless. There are several memorable verses where Bassy absolutely snaps such as 'Penthouse' where his aggresive flow and slick word play shine. There are multiple catchy and fire hooks in 'Housewives 'Clouds never get old' and 'matches'. This album is one i can listen to the front to back with no skips not even capping. The melodies, samples and production is hella smooth, spacey, feel good and at the same time 3 dimensional through its layered sounds and drums giving the album a non traditional sound and layout in hip hop. I love how Bas mixes his Queens rap style with his own roots in Sudan and France making for some of the most creative sounds and instrumentals you can get in hip hop today. To this day this album imo is Bas' one to beat and has influenced me in my life substantially since my first listen. He solidified his place in the game with this one. A true gem thatll probably never be uncovered.
