I'm an 84-year-old man who found this series about the third week in April. I love it! I've been going through some rough times mentally and watching these episodes, whether one, two, three, or all at a sitting makes me laugh and feel so well. I probably should be embarrassed to say this, but I'm not. Since the first day there has only been one day that I have not watched at least one episode. Margo and David have amazing chemistry. Ada the baby was marvelous, almost like a trained actor. They were all good actors. I found Cande fascinating. If you pay close attention, you will see so many little things, facial expressions, comments, contacts that are so subtle and cute. If it was on DVD, I'd buy it.

I am close to finishing my 18th run through the series. I never seem to get tired of it. I have watched the first episode even more times because Isla Johnston does such an astounding job of building for the rest of the series. It is incredibly uplifting. A truly magnificent performance by this young actor. I have also read the book 4 times. The settings are beautiful too enhance by the cinematography. It, along with Normal People, which I have watched even more times, are superb examples of what movies should be like. The limited series, in my estimation, is a much better format than for a movie, which would leave so much out.
