I was thoroughly disappointed with this series.
Despite my efforts to appreciate its unique take in the Telugu genre, I couldn't shake off the feeling that the directors and writers were inexperienced and keep checking their names to see if they previously worked on TV serials.
The first thing that grated on me was the forced Telangana dialect on the protagonist. Having seen his previous work, I knew he was a Hyderabadi, and his natural dialect was evident. However, in this series, the dialect and accent felt exaggerated and mocking. Almost like how the exaggerate Telangana accents with andhra actors/actresses in Telugu Serials.
Furthermore, the protagonist's anosmia – the inability to smell – was handled poorly. The plot relied heavily on this aspect, but it was clear that the writers didn't understand the condition. Just because someone can't smell odors doesn't mean they can't breathe or affect from toxic chemicals. Thats just Dumb as sending train reverse with just... you-know-the point.
The climax, which hinged solely on this plot point, was just utterly Ridiculous .
