It was great and fixed a lot of gameplay aspects, 4 remake is a nice luxury. I dont think it was needed though, a remake of 1 would be nice to see in the future and I think R.E. 2 remake is over-all a better improvment compared to the original, so if you have not played that remake I would recomend it over 4 remake.
