Direction is actually great. Music and the research done on the culture and the original story was also perfect. In fact, I even loved almost everybody's acting. Very realistic and relatable. Only thing that ruins this movie is the leading actress. She fails grab the eye with her performance. And, in fact at places you can clearly get annoyed by her poor acting. The movie maintains its originality. Harshvardhan also shows some poor performance at really small instances. But can be ignored since it was his first movie.
