Terminator 2: Judgment Day will blow you away. This movie is a timeless classic that is still extremely relevant and enjoyable 30 years later. The basic plot is that a Terminator, identical to the one who failed to kill Sarah Connor in The Terminator (1984) is sent back in time to protect her son, John Connor (played perfectly by Eddie Furlong) from a much more dangerous and deadly killing machine known as the T-1000. They also find out about the looming threat of Judgment Day and the takeover by the machines. First of all, the CG and Visuals in this movie are timeless and still hold up incredibly well today. The action scenes are thrilling and some of the scenes are some of the best and most iconic ever made. Then of course, the famous catchphrases! ("I'll be back!", "Hasta La Vista Baby!") And each cast member plays their role perfectly. The villain is terrifying and for the majority of the movie's running time you just think, "how the hell are they going to defeat this thing??". Every scene is entertaining and the movie never has a dull moment. Not only is this the best action movie ever made whenever it comes to visuals, thrilling action scenes and fun, but when you have a movie with such emotional depth and charcter depth of both humans, and robots (ROBOTS!!) It really works. The ending can literally make you cry even though the scene revolves around a robot. Everything about this movie works. In my opinion, there are no flaws (or at least big flaws). To this day T2: Judgment Day remains the best action movie of all time, and my favourite sequel of all time.
