I really don't watch Chinese dramas but this one completely made me fall in love!!!!! I watched it twice now..I started to watch this because I was interested in fantasy stuff and couldn't decide on what to watch but after starting I couldn't stop.it was very interesting and enchanting like a dream.i loved it! The main lead character was out of this world. dong fang qingcang is one of the best male characters ever!!!!his story, personality ,power and attitudes was all so great. The powerplay was really awesome the actor matched the character really well.you can see some great acting....the delivery of the story was on point and the ending was great but too quick and vague.... I wish they showed something more like the much waited wedding. And how much qingcang has regained.need a afterstory or a season 2! The visual effects the attires, sceneries were all very good .the acting was great!! The plot is touching and loving .well I'll definitely watch it again and give some other Chinese fantasy dramas a chance too!

This story is so companionate and sweet!I absolutely love the male leads character.A power full dragon king with a love so gentle and patient.A love that is pure and not selfish ,he is adorable gem. Dylan Wang is becoming a absolute great actor.The roles he plays has so much life and stays in your mind and squeezes your heart.he does a good job in his other dramas as well. The female lead character is also kind,understanding and faithful although has its own negative sides. The second couple is also great . the bromance the friendship is there too . brings laughter and balance to the plot. The ending was a bit hard to understand.gives off a feeling where you Are not sure what actually happened.since it's fantasy it's hard to guess. Well overall it's a lovely story that's worth seeing.i love it hope you will too.

One of the absolute must watch dramas of all time.no doubt the Best historical k drama I've ever seen.needs more recognition! The plot was so touching,deep, destructive,real and fulfilling. the bond between nam seon ho and seo hwi was just incredibly portrayed. wonderful, bitter and unbreakable.their friendship was the soul of this drama and it was almost like seeing Naruto .the story also shows how stupid humans can be not seeing the whole picture and what they already possess and just waste what they have .it's very realistic because that's simply the human way. But through out the story you can't help but think about the what if s . Congratulations to the writer for writing this awesome story. The acting was so real and incredible. The emotions of the characters just pierce right through the audience. sincerely heartfelt! All the main characters was greatly portrayed and I specialy enjoyed nam seon ho s character.great job by woo do hwan truly talented! And Yang se jong also did a magnificent job. The cinematography was incredible as well the scenes, the action had a great artistic touch .and the music and songs was completely on point . nothing short of a absolute master piece! Thanku for this drama ,greatly enjoyed.thabks to everyone who worked hard to make this masterpiece! Highly recommended!

This was a absolute master piece of a drama and the cinematography,the plot ,the thrill and the on point gutt wrenching proformance of the cast was Incredible! Especially loved the performance of Lee seung gi and hee jun .the chemistry was wonderful! Everything was on point and the plot was pretty solid. The acting felt so real that I got really scared of Lee seung gi at first and then ended up cring my eyes out .complete goosebumps! Well done! And this drama also has very deep meaning and delivers a message to the audience.giving them the chance to actually think about the plot, the characters and the right and wrong. The story reveals main characters from their childhood to adulthood and gives a clear view of their circumstances. Not having the ability to feel emotions and getting it completely shifts the view of the main character and shows the audience the reality from his eyes. The question, was he punished?or was he saved? Leaves a deep impact.lf he didn't get emotions the cruel emotionless killer would continue being a monster without realising his wrong doings and die as nothing but a lab mouse, but since he got the chance to feel emotions he was able to stop and got what he always wanted. to become human. Great writing from the author Thanks for all those who worked hard to make this masterpiece! Definitely recommend.be ready be surprised scared and intrigued at the same time.
