Kim Lotis

The presenters of this delightful programme are mostly polite and amusing. The potential 'buyers' on the other hand, seem to be unable to decide what they want, grumble and wish they had stayed at home. There is the occasional success story where the participants are happy with the work that has gone on on their behalf. If we ever wish to move from Norfolk to foreign parts, like Somerset or Herefordshire It would be lovely to meet Jules especially - he doesn't seem to hold with 'cups of tea' but take his punters to the pub!
