I love this movie. For the most part. The plot and reasons were understandable for the falling of the brothers and to why Mufasa is King. There was only a couple of points that I didn't agree with. And on another note, While everyone says Scar betrayed Mufasa for a girl, I don't think it was the reason as a whole. Scars envy for Mufasa built up over time and the Sarabi part was just what tipped the iceberg. The worst part about Scar, to me, was not that he betrayed Mufasa, although that was horrible, but it was that he let his mom basically to her luck, to be mauled by two lions and just ran away. That didn't happen thanks to Mufasa. But if it had been up to Scar it would have. That was horrendous to me. Now the *4 things I DIDN'T LIKE about the MOVIE, were the The Songs, The British accent they gave Scar, also that they Changed the reason Scar got his Scar, and the reason they gave us as to why scar was exhiled and why he became abominableb. I didn't accept that reasoning, because Scar to me, redeemed himself. Everyone deserves a second chance, especially if one takes the steps to be given that second chance. Of course we all know he Killed Mufasa later on and was actually bad, but in THIS movie he really redeemed himself. By repenting, by helping Mufasa kill the bad guy, by saving Mufasa to not drown, by accepting Sarabi was gonna be with Mufasa, and by publicly asking for forgiveness. And I feel Mufasa was not merciful with him. I feel like that sets the tone to the brothers everlasting feud, and to Scar never being able to let go and move forward. Because Mufasa never let go and moved forward. That's why the brothers bond never went back to what it was, because Mufasa never truly forgave Scar. The movie was great! Just those 4 key points that the writers didn't think through in MY opinion. "Sorry so long.

I didn't like that the main character did dumb decision after dumb decision with a baby. She wasn't like many are out there without helpand that really are alone. She had plenty of hands to help. Her husband and her mother in law, her mother, her father and step mother, Nate, and the shelter. And Regina at the end. That's more than enough people. And people who are really alone, can't even fathom that kind of support. Also all the assistant she's on. All the special programs. Not everyone has that, because not every country has those sources. That's also not being alone, and not doing it in your own. That's definitely having help. On another note, that whole thing she did at Regina's house, the wine, the clothes and the tinder and stealing the dog is disgusting. Regina should have called the cops. She did something criminal but got mercy,. Everyone else in this series who did something wrong was actually villainized to the max and no mercy was shown for each character. No one is perfect, everyone has done wrong in this series (Except Nate) and they only make out the main character to be perfect and like she does no wrongs. Which is nonsense, and she's far from it. Also villainizing the husband and the dad to the max but not the mom has me so mad. The mom called her a bitch all the time. And that she wanted to take her man. And said everything was her fault all the time and so many more horrible things, yet the mom and herself can have mercy from the show but not the men lol, what a joke! She kept on beggyhee mom that wanted nothing to do with her, and the people that were begging to be with her...like Her husband, her dad, her stepmom, and Nate, she wanted nothing to do with them.the irony. And Both the husband and the dad were trying. The mom wasn't trying at all, but yet she got to be in her and her daughters life always. And in a marriage as long as there's no cheating or beating, it's for better or for worse, in sickness and in health. Especially with mental health issues like the husband had since he was a 9. He was trying, and everyone has the right to change and not be left to their luck while doing the change. And I will never ever support one parent alienating one parent from the other. No one parent has that right. And the main character kept on taking the baby girl away from her dad when she wanted to. And denying him his rights and that will never be ok. No parent deserves that. This show was just a mess.

One of my favorite movies. I cried and cried. I can't believe this movie doesn't have more noise going on about it. It's very unique! The 2 main actors were amazing. And carried the movie by themselves incredibly. They didn't need anyone else! Great chemistry and delivery. I'm just in love with this movie!

It's horrible. Please dont waste your time. I warned you.

I dont like it. It never gives a reason to why of anything, and leaves so many questions unanswered. That in the end you question as well, to why you even watched it. And the brother who stayed with the mom acts jerky at the end and shows no brother love from his part. Which left me with a sour taste. Theres really no point to this movie. Save your self the waste of time.
