This fool loves the show. I enjoyed the episodes and really like the style of humor. Episode 7 had me dying. The whole cast has funny moments but obviously I click with Luis the most as I knew a dude that acted like him, with a less sordid past tho. What I really appreciate is the real feel approach. The cast preforms incredibly but they aren't trying to sell you their character either. They are all faulted, dirty and messed up, some more than others. The negativity expressed in a comedic tone is a great delivery and I care about them and their stories. I can't pretend to know the culture and heritage first hand but it seems authentic, pure and genuine. Like they know what they're writing about. I like shows that express cultures like Goldbergs and Fresh Off The Boat. So I'm recommending this show to my friends, and you as well, hoping for the longevity of this series.

POSSIBLE SPOILERS I enjoyed this film, until I thought more about it. The script was pretty well done, the action was entertaining and cinematically it was beautiful. However there is so much left out that it leaves you feeling robbed. Mainly that we dont know who the killers work for, what big issue theyre trying to cover up, and what happens to Tyler Perry (who was in it for 120 seconds) and his boss etc. They dont give you much to connect with so while it can be cool to watch, there ends up being more plotholes than tension. The fire was a side character until the last couple scenes. This movie didnt commit to anything and just vaguely pushed through action scenes and running. The bones are great and I enjoyed a lot of parts, but as a whole I cant recommend it. The kid was a great actor and I love Angelina Jolie. She was stoic as usual but thats okay with me because shes great at it. Turn off your brain and enjoy some vaguely explained action, but dont look to end it with much satisfaction.
