I Bounced Back, Thanks to the NEW Miracle Morning!
Do you feel like you’re dragging, or flat out stuck, idle or depressed coming into the holidays? I did, most of this year, in fact. This book came at just the right time, and I’m back! Waking up at 5am every day, practicing the SAVERS every day, I’m living my best life again, just like that. I’m not quite done with the updated version, but here are my takeaways:
1. It feels authentic and relatable reading how recent events like the pandemic affect our lives.
2. Maybe it’s me, but I feel there are more examples, more quotes, more specific advice (Page 82 - Step 1: Affirm What You’re Committed To - “Repeatedly affirming what you’re committed ,to every single day, both keeps your commitment top of mind and consistently increases your level of commitment over time… Clearly articulate exactly which outcome…or activity…you are committed to”.
3. New innovative approaches to TMM - The 6-Minute Miracle Morning (Chapter 7) and The Miracle Evening (Chapter 11, featuring The SLUMBERS on Page 116)
Hal Elrod changed my life a few years ago and is changing it again today. Invest in this book and yourself. It will be one of the wisest things you will ever do.
