The series used to be good. The emphasis was on each contestants efforts to build a structure & carry out their individual way of surviving. The current 2020 season is horrific. The emphasis is on killing & every detail of dismembering the animals. The gore shown in killing the animals is unthinkable. There was no need to show two of the contestants licking the blood of the fresh kill. There was absolutely no need to air Roland’s actions. The interviews after each episode are not interesting. I stopped watching them after the first episode. I am not going to continue watching the series after the showing of Roland killing the Musk Ox.
