Wow! What an incredible waste of time. There's almost nothing in this version that can stand up to the original. Acting is mediocre, costumes and music are flat, storyline - what storyline? I bet a lot of money went into making this only to have it fall flat on it's face. For anyone who liked it - you must not have seen the original or read the book. For the rest of us, say a prayer and cover the casket.

Second rate. Terribly disappointing. The o ly stars were the set and costumes. Terrible acting which is a reflection of poor directing by the author of an awful script. It's a struggle to watch.

Love it! I watch it every few years and enjoy it every time. A visual delight.

Loved it! Thought it was visually stunning and clever. What a treat.
