I have been watching a lot of the Flea Market Flip shows lately. The one thing that I really notice is that Lara seems to coax the participants into buying an item that she thinks would be a good flip. I think the ideas should come from the participants; and, if they want her input, they can ask for it. She does get involved in the selling of items and I think that is unfair. The selling should be done by the participants and not by Lara. Overall, I do enjoy watching the transformations of the "junk" into "funk" and beautiful items. The participants are so creative and have ideas that, at first, I think are off base, but in the end, the items are so awesome. It would be nice to see other items - not always bar carts, coffee tables and end tables - but I guess the contestants have to consider who is buying the items as it seems apartment space in New York is very limited. Great job though ... I love the show. I think Lara is cute and dresses more for the show than the flea market... I'm okay with that.
