a recovery aid is something i need daily and the meditations are so amazing. Sometimes i can calm to being thankful or i have another event that has a bit more humility. i sometimes cant believe how endless those seem but God willing since I accepted Jesus Christ into my life I am amazed of the slate and The reform from suffering I learned just complying participating and being accountable has gotten me.
