i think a lot of people who are hating on this show are only doing so because they didn't make it how they wanted them to. This isnt the 70s show, this is the 90s show, its based off the 70s show but its not the same thing so you cant expect it to be. Another factor that people are not considering is that the cast is just starting to work together so it will take a few seasons before we see similar chemistry between the characters. Not to mention certain styles of jokes are no longer acceptable to make so they needed to keep the show more pc, that is why they have a female lead i believe as girls can get away with more ridiculous behavior compared to guys ( aka the lead sexually assaulting a guy) If you wanted to compare this to a season of the 70s show it would only be fair to compare it to season one , and IMO the 90s show only falls slightly behind. i think that given time this show will be as great as the 70s show. p.s for all the people who are turning it off without getting through one episode and then are coming to write a 1 star review youre just a hater, you cant not even give the show a chance and then bomb it, boo hoo they remade a show you used to watch and your threatened that it could end up being better. Quit being a triggered boomer and give new stuff a try.
