(I gave up at episode 15) The premise was interesting. It held my interest in the first season, but rapidly went downhill in the second season for various reasons, such as inconsistency in tone, and pacing.
It became less of a mystery and more of a sitcom with a murder plot looming in the background.
While the eccentricities of the residents was interesting in the first season, it became an annoyance in the second, as their personalities fell back to that and made them one-dimensional.
