One of my favorite shows hands down. I love anything that Morris Chestnut plays in, and even though I was jealous of his relationship with Jaina Lee Ortiz (haha) I loved their chemistry on camera. They touched on so many things in this show, interracial dating, LGBT relationships, family, and status. I am a sucker for a good crime show, but for me they always tend to have dry moments. They weren't around long enough to see if they would make it to that point, but I don't think they ever would! Each episode was so fun, relatable, and I really wish they would've kept this show around. Oh well, i'll still have two seasons to enjoy for life.
Anybody wondering why they were cancelled: I read in an article the second seasons ratings dropped after they changed the premiere date. Empire (Lee daniels show) took their slot on Wednesday's, and moved Rosewood to Thursday's. I wonder if viewers were confused, maybe they thought it was cancelled, or they could've gotten distracted by Empire (being that the first season was the best season that show has ever had).
