While the songs and the animation blow you away, the question of whether or not the plot and narrative make any sense can be easily answered through Olaf's song, that is if you understand the irony of it.
The movie lacks any good development between several parties. The "boyfriend struggles to propose" trope is already so overused, and yet Disney somehow manages to make even this storyline seem bland, boring, and unnecessary to the plot at large. The chemistry between Ana and Kristoff doesn't matter, but the song Kristoff sings is pretty great. Just generally, the songs in the movie are good.
Wait for it to hit Disney+. Not worth seeing in theaters, and definitely doesnt have that spark the first Frozen film had.
