I'm not going to write an all out review, but this is all I have to say to the people hating on the movie. THIS IS NOT A MOVIE ABOUT THE CHARACTERS. MULTIPLE BEACHES WERE USED TO EVACUATE THE SOLDIERS. Just look at the old war photos for goodness sake. Watch the last scene with Kenneth Brannagh in it, you'll see where the French are.

to all you people saying it's boring... THATS THE POINT.

This is a unique spin for horror movies. Unlike most horror movies which have the typical scares, this movie has actual genuine horror. The first movie actually kind of scarred me. And this movie, in terms of storyline, just takes the cake on quite a few others. I enjoyed movies like The Conjuring, it's sequel and The Nun, but I realize that these are your typical horror movie. A demon comes from hell to terrorize you and kill you, except it's a happy ending. The jumpscares there were generic too. But in this movie, I bet if I watched it in the dark, I would be completely terrified and it would have a lasting effect on me. The horror was built up and not so sudden. This might be a psychological horror expirience. In my opinion, 9/10 would watch again, and definitely recommend.
