I was extremely impressed by this new and updated take on plants vs zombies. Super family friendly with a ton of cute missions and storyline. All the design behind making fruits and vegetables into soldiers and then all the different types of zombies is hilarious as well. My 4 year old has a blast earning coins to get new costumes. The creativity behind this game is what gives it a 5 star rating for me. Very smooth and decently balanced pvp where you can usually counter whatever opponent you encounter if you have the right character. This game is practically timeless and I could see my son and I playing this for years. Theres a story mode, pvp mode, and then a battle ops mode where you fight waves of bot enemies. I have game pass ultimate so it's free to play as of right now and I honestly love the fact that there is essentially ZERO PAY TO WIN element! You can literally save up the in game currency and complete challenges to purchase anything. They could have really made it a money grab like all other games nowadays but it's not and I really appreciate the developers for that fact alone. I dont have to constantly worry about my son wanting to purchase the latest skin that just came out for $8 only for another one to come out the next day. Nope. This game's mechanics and respect to the gamers who enjoy being able to just earn everything in game rather than all these other games that you have to purchase some sort of DLC or weapon or costume or character makes it very refreshing. Would reccomend for any age of person who doesnt need blood and gore to enjoy a pvp shooter, especially if you have kids.
