If you like music videos as emotional crutches, this series is for you. Premise took way too long to unfold; Hanna’s adaption from a cave to computer saavy was almost laughable; pace was too slow, with fill scenes not moving the plot or enriching the characters; acting was good but the sappy music puntuated by fight scenes was the work of the Director and whomever helmed the episodes drove the boat aground. Disappointing, especially in comparison to the film.
