Absolutely one of the most disgusting displays of greed I’ve ever seen. I will never buy 2k ever again until changes are made. MyCareer which I buy the game for and majority of other people buy the game for is a disaster. 2k just thinks all of us are YouTubers/Millionaires or Celebrities that can wake up everyday and grind this game that we already pay over 70 dollars for. Starting off as a 60 ovr you have the skills of a middle school basketball player, literally your player can pretty much not do anything, I miss every single free throw, every single three point attempt and layup and my defense is so terrible my team loses every game by 50. I didn’t last more than a few hours before logging off, you have to actually work out to get the body type you want your character to be, in past years you didn’t have to do that but now it forces you to workout and gain 50 stars which will will only unlock 1 body type and mind you it takes forever to finish the workouts you are ABLE to do in a week to get 50 stars. Also the max amount of stars per workout you can get is only 3-4-5 STARS!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BUY THID GAME, the only way to have fun even a little bit is to pay the extra 50$ to make your charecter actually play like an “NBA player”
