This movie started well. It depicts the unhealthy value of external beauty valued in many sections of the community and more specifically the entertainment industry. At some point the movie lost its way a bit and became a gory horror to the point of comedy. I also felt the unbelievable horror scenes dragged on a bit and I was over the movie 10 minutes before it actually ended. I wouldn’t recommend this movie to a friend. I did like Demi Moores performance.

I wish someone had given an honest review informing me to NOT WASTE MY TIME AND MONEY. Worst film ever. Bad story and horrendous acting. I realised about 5 minutes into this movie that I had made a big mistake. It’s worse than B grade. It’s a disgrace it was released in cinemas. Do yourself a favour and give it a miss.

Wait til you can watch it for free and you’ve had a nap earlier, that way you can appreciate it without having an expensive nap. It was good but not great and way too long for the content.

If you love a Viking movie as I do. The stories, the history, the battles….. don’t waste your money. Any one of the Vikings series episodes is better than this. I actually fell asleep.
