I wanted very much to love it. The first season is OK. The second season was a little better. The third season is about the same. It does not feel like Star Trek. The show does not make me feel happy or sad. I feel very little while I watch it. All the crying and importance of everything does not feel real. Pike was the best part of the whole show. Maybe because he was not falling apart all the time. I don't know why it is not working. I can only hope they get better. The other Star Treks they did not cry or laugh, I did the crying and laughing because of the story they told.
