Rain Johson seemed to killed that story with an awkward kiss from Rose. The Last Jedi doesn't seem to follow the lore of star wars. You walk away what happened to Luke. I think Rain Johson hated Finn's character and wanted to see Finn's character die. Maybe skin colour matters to Rain Johson because the character Finn gets sidelined. I would personally give star wars 4 or 10 if you are not a true star wars you might find this movie ok. If you care about good storytelling and you care about each characters your not going like this movie. I want to start out by saying that Star Wars does not have a lot of black characters in Star Wars movies. How many Black Jedi's have seen in games that are playable in video games or in the Star Wars movies?. I am really not happy about how Disney handles Finn's character or black characters for that matter. Almost all the black characters in star wars are token characters or sidekicks. Where all the black Jedi? Sorry, I can't get over Finn's character being a space janitor or always chasing after Rey. In Star Wars force awaken it is pretty clear that Finn seems to have a crush on Rey's character, Finn pretty much asked out by asking her if she has a boyfriend. Finn pretty much fights for Rey's life and I don't see Poe going out of his way to risk his life for Rey. Finn's character pretty much chases Rey in the entire trilogy. The force awakens fristed off with a Natural Romance Finn Rey. The that all changed in the move last Jedi I personally think it may be because China doesn't like Rey and Finn Romance relationship. Clearly, Kathleen Kennedy has a problem respecting a black character called Finn and had a problem with a Finn Rey Romance. It begs the question of why Kathleen Kennedy even add it into the movie if she didn't like interracial relationships? Why did she go out her way to degrade Finn? To make matters worse they added Rose a character that didn't really have a natural romantic progression.
