Great potential ruined by sloppy delivery. The game has some really great moments and you constantly see flashes of brilliance but overall it just doesn’t reach anywhere near the potential it should have. It actually feels like a game that is unfinished. A good example of bad software delivery if ever there was one. Some of the good: the cyberpunk aesthetic is great; the soundtrack is great; the story is also good. Some of the bad: the bugs even though I haven’t experienced anything game breaking they are still enough to ruin your enjoyment; the AI is truely horrible, not just the police, but all of it, it just doesn’t feel like a real world largely because the NPCs are so lifeless; no third person without mods (it feels like it was supposed to be there and then removed); only a few relationships you can develop in the game; the list could go on.
