I am a researcher in Consciousness. I have been reading and researching this enigma for the last two decades. I come from India where much work in this field was accomplished through yoga and meditation. But I love scientific methods as well and never imagined, it will be possible to probe the world beyond physical, by technology! That is why I am so much excited by the findings of Robert Monroe through his Hemi-Sync technology to probe the mental world and reach at our reality. This is one of the best books I ever read on this phenomena and Monroe's findings are going to change human destiny as it is more reliable. His methods take only a few weeks to attain, what we all crave for - Moksha or Self-realization. Without hesitation, I give him five stars !!

Very Good Book, Highly Technical, so not for the general readers. The book is a mile stone in the research field of 'Bodham' or Consciousness in the Vedantic Perceptive. But for researchers like me this book presents a hurdle. No index! It can be a big turn off for othets too. But overall, it is a treasure house.
