Introduction to many unusual and delecate pastries. Good layout and some very interesting amateur bakers. Unfortunately, the judges seem fairly "color" prejudiced. Plus Star Bakers do not become the final winner, esp. if he or she is dark-skinned. Disappointing finals even winners of the technical challenge or signature challenge do not win. Just white women.
