The book focused primarily on Executive guidance when encountering low performance individuals in corporate settings. I was hoping the book expanded more on all the ways “necessary endings” can apply to one’s life. I think there was a missed opportunity to not explore the depth-ness of relationships, transitioning careers, geography shifts, or even shedding old mindsets.
However, it was found in the business Mgmt section of the book store rather than personal growth so I should not be surprised.
Overall, there were some good nuggets in the book that I found helpful. I enjoy the expanded perspective Dr. Henry Cloud often provides.
