If you stare into the abyss long enough, abyss stares back at you. Arthur fleck starts of as a naive harmless bloke in an extremely violent and pitiable surrounding. The rest is a visual experience. Phoenix takes you along through his world where a tempest of emotions is blowing and his life is falling apart. The film is slightly disturbing and Phoenix one of his best performances which elevates the movie to another level. Must watch for those who like dark themed movies.

Too good a movie to miss out on. Gripping as it gets. Psychological cat and mouse between an accused and detectives within the confines of an interrogation room. Powerful acting.

Just watchable film. Wouldnt recommend it though.

A movie as twisted in its plot as a pretzel supported by impeccable acting by its cast and haunting background music.The characters are extremely cold,ruthless and selfish more like those in the modern world and a good man like the protagonist dont stand a chance. A totally intriguing watch
