A very real and honest little book. The Introduction perfectly sums up all the feelings and doubts that come with grief. In my case, it was the loss of my very dear wife and best friend, from cancer, into which It spoke. It gave hope where there was confusion and despair.
The poems, each based on Scripture, are short but say it all as it is, without trite "religious" comments. They focus on one a step at a time as they deal with aspects of grief and loss.
I cannot recommend 'Living with Loss' highly enough. It is only 32 pages but helped me to negotiate my grief and allow a little of the light of God's love to penetrate into the blackness of despair when God appeared to have abandoned me.
