They pulled money from my bank account for a ticket but never gave me a confirmation number or email and have no record of my information. I ended up missing my bus because they couldn’t figure anything out. I needed a letter saying that they don’t have a ticket so I could dispute the charge with my bank and purchase a new ticket and nobody could seem to figure that out. I was told I could email customer service and nobody could give me a time frame for how long it would take so I couldn’t let my boss know when this would be resolved or how much time I would be missing for their mistake. This is ridiculous and nobody that I’ve spoken to seems to be too interested in helping me to fix their mistake.
