this movie sucked. do yourself a favor and don't watch it. **SPOILERS** this movie genuinely just sucked. the plot was terrible, it was super disturbing, and the characters were SO underdeveloped. like okay abusive husband trope, absent mother trope -- where is the creativity? the rape subplot is also really weirdly added in near the end of the movie and I don't know what I'm supposed to make of it. overall just super terrible, it saddens me that I'm never getting those two hours of my life back.
