This book was great in it s delivery, however strayed a little towards the end. David Sinclair’s book presents real and attainable habits that every person can implement in some way to help increase their health span and potential lifespan. I enjoyed the book when the author was speaking within his area of expertise. He presented statistics, facts and scientific findings that were relevant and informative. I was disappointed in the later chapters when he started commenting on things such as climate change and farming/nutrition. I did not entirely disagree with his positions but they seemed to lack the same scientific rigour as his expertise. With regards to climate change and food production his view seemed to align with those of “Big Gov”and “Big Ag”. I believe he lacked authority and understanding in the later topics and would have preferred the book ended about a chapter earlier.
