Hi, I watched this show a lot ,but lately i have noticed really bad safety issues they hardly wash their hands, one gross thing Katie did was cut up whole chicken for the chilling and grilling episode and put the knife down and wash her hands then when the other chef came to plate the chicken she used the same knife that had raw chicken on !!! OMG i was like really safety first always !!! this made me change the chanel
